Our legal department is currently looking for an Employment Law Solicitor to join their team at our offices in Chester.

We work on a fixed-fee basis without the uncertainty of cost associated with the traditional law firm model.
There will be no billing targets or claimant work!
The role solely Respondent work and the successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload in contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will be advising clients from a wide range of Industry Sectors and provide day to day advice in all areas of Employment Law.
In addition, you will assist in conducting Tribunal Litigation by drafting pleadings, witness statements, day to day correspondence, preparation of trial bundles, and negotiating settlement.
An active tribunal caseload with opportunities to undertake Tribunal Advocacy will be given to those who have sufficient experience.
You will be enthusiastic, organised and have effective verbal, written communication and client skills. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development for the right candidate.
Salary is wholly dependent on experience.
