What are Construction & Design Management (CDM) Regulations?
CDM regulations are related to propionate risk management. If you implement robust reviews and procedures now, then this can help you to reduce the general risk of an accident occurring during the general lifespan of your building.
According to the latest regulations, it is now imperative that you provide all of the pre-construction information as needed, and that you make sure that your principal contractor complies with their duties as well.
