Neathouse Partners

Downlight Electrical are a residential and commercial electrical contractor based in the South of England.

The company was conceptualised in 2018 as the brainchild of founder Charlie after he noticed a gap in the market.

Lee joined the business in 2018, and the following year Downlight Electrical was incorporated as a limited company.

Based in Fleet, Hampshire, Downlight Electrical have convenient access to the south coast and the entire London markets. Their aim is to be the number one electrical contractor in the region. With a client-focused approach and by always delivering on their promises, Downlight Electrical are on their way to achieving their goals.

Downlight Electrical’s ethos is ‘small enough to care and large enough to cope’, and this message resonates with their customers. To keep customers happy and returning, Downlight Electrical has had to grow to continue its high levels of service. To keep focused on their core service, Charlie and Lee needed the help of a HR services specialist.
