What's Includes In The Retainer?

#1: Your Own Dedicated Advisor

You will be assigned a named HR & Employment Law Advisor for one point of contact and continuity of advice.

All our Advisor are highly experienced and fully qualified, which means they can deal with the full spectrum of workplace issues commercially and pragmatically.

#2: Unlimited HR & Employment Law Advice

Your dedicated Advisor will provide you with unlimited HR & Employment Law advice via telephone, email or video conferencing.

This includes advice on employment contracts, policies & procedures, dismissals, sickness absence, performance, redundancies… plus much more.

#3: Day-To-Day Letters, Documents & Correspondence Drafting

Your dedicated Advisor will draft all your employment documents, as well as any correspondence wording, ready to be sent out, saving you valuable time.

#4: HR Meeting & Hearing Support

Your Advisor will provide detailed guidance on conducting any formal HR meetings, including guidance notes & workflows, meeting scripts, agendas or bullet points.

They can even be available during the meeting for any adjournments so you can take advice there and then.

#5: Employment Contract Drafting

Whether you have nothing in place or need an expert review, your dedicated Advisor will carefully review, edit and redraft your Employment Contracts specifically for your needs.

This includes full & part-time contracts, zero-hours/casual contracts, temp & agency staff contracts, self-employment agreements, including freelancer & consultant contracts.

#6: Employee Handbook + Policies & Procedures

Your Advisor will review your existing Employee Handbook/Policies & Procedures, check the legalities, and draft any improvements for industry best practices.

If you have nothing in place, new documents will be produced for you, tailored for your business.

#7: Annual HR Health Check & Audit

Your Advisor will review your HR practices and let you know what you are doing well and what needs to be improved to ensure your business is compliant and protected.

This will take place each, and every year you are with us.

#8: Ongoing Updates

Your Advisor will send you regular newsletters and more detailed legislation updates to ensure that you never miss key HR and employment law developments.

And if this affects your documentation, we will automatically make the changes.

#9: Optional Employment Tribunal Insurance

Employment Tribunal insurance is designed to protect your business against all the costs (legal fees, awards & settlements) of defending an employment tribunal claim.

The policy also includes the cost of obtaining an injunction (or damages) against an ex-employee for their breach of a restrictive covenant.

This is optional and doesn’t have to be taken out with our services.

Without the insurance cover, we will still act on behalf of your company, but additional fees will be liable.
