How does our Premium package work?

Neathouse Partners provide your business it's very own dedicated Employment Solicitor for one point of contact and continuity of advice. All our in-hour lawyers have a minimum of 5 years PQE. Your dedicated lawyer will give you unlimited Employment Law advice, and provide you with any documentation required to carry out the advice (this includes Settlement Agreements when needed). They will also work with you to produce fully bespoke Contracts of Employment & a employee Handbook tailored to your business.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, our Premium Package is a based on minimum 12 month contract. Further discounts can be gained if you would like to sign up for a longer contract.

Do I have access to another Adviser if mine isn’t available?

Internally, we use a ‘buddy’ system so if your dedicated adviser isn’t available you will have access to another adviser who works closely with your own.

Are there additional discounts?

We offer additional discounts for quarterly or annual payment. 

Are there ‘per user’ fees?

No, our fees are fixed for the contract term dependent on your employee size, industry, business circumstances & the service term you require.

What happens if I take your service now and I employ more staff at a later date, do I have to pay more?

No, our fees are fixed.

Do you offer additional services such as HR Software, Health & Safety or Payroll?

Yes, we can built these services into your proposal.
