Sian is an experienced employment law specialist, having advised both employees and employers on a range of complex contentious and non-contentious Employment Law & HR matters.

Sian studied Law and Criminology (with a year abroad) at the University of Sheffield.

After leaving University, Sian advised on a variety of personal and commercial legal matters at an International law firm in Sheffield before leaving to focus specifically on employment law, taking up a role as an HR Manager before joining Neathouse Partners as an HR & Employment Law Consultant.

Sian splits her time between Sheffield and the Wirral, where she grew up, and enjoys spending her spare time in the gym, watching Netflix and escaping on as many holidays as possible.
