The office team are complemented by remote workers, and many employees have been working for Porter Press for over 10 years, taking enormous pride and joy in their work.

Where We Help

Neathouse Partners

Whether they are part of the office team or based remotely, Porter Press are committed to making sure its employees are well taken care of.

They outsource their HR & employment law advice and services to us, knowing that our industry experts will maintain the high standards they value.

As their business continues to flourish and their team continues to grow, we have helped them with drafting job offer letters and new employment contracts for their new recruits.

We have also produced for them a tailored staff Handbook in line with the best practices for their industry and their individual business needs.

With regards to their existing team, we have also assisted with developing appraisal matrices & forms to help ensure the Porter Press success story continues to grow. We’ve also offered advice on probation review forms and advised on issues surrounding employee mental health and wellbeing.

By handing the reins of their HR & Employment law requirements to us, the team at Porter Press can be sure that their staff will benefit from up-to-date industry knowledge as well as dedicated, expert advice.

Knowing that their people are being taken care of means that they can focus their attention on running their business, continuing to cement their reputation as one of the best motoring publishers in the world.
