Your Independent Legal & HR Partner
Here at Neathouse Partners, we are proud to offer a personalised approach to HR services and employment law.
We know that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to a business, as every organisation is different.
That’s why we provide a personal, solution-based service to our clients, tailored to the unique challenges faced by their business.
Where It All Began
As specialists in employment law, we’ve many years of experience supporting employers with their HR and employment law requirements.
However, we realised that existing HR consultancies were too procedural, following a set process rather than focusing on the client’s unique requirements.
Of course, every single business is different.
Each operates in a different way and has its own unique challenges. A one-size-fits-all approach can never be the right fit for every business, so we knew something needed to change.
This is when we saw the gap in the market for a lawyer-led HR service that is entirely objective-based.
One that gets to know the clients and their businesses, so that the service can be tailored to their individual requirements.
We decided to create our own company that would provide employers with a personalised HR service led by experienced employment lawyers.
We wanted to focus on the individual business and the challenges they are facing rather than a one-size-fits-all package with a ticking clock.
Our primary focus is ensuring that our clients are fully compliant with UK employment law and HR best practices whilst tackling their HR challenges head-on.
We want business owners to be able to focus on what’s really important to their business, with the peace of mind that we are looking after their HR requirements.
What Makes Us Different?
At Neathouse Partners, we are proud to be different.
Our unique offering of lawyer-led employment law services, combined with expert HR advice, means that we can provide a seamless and consistent service to our clients.
Not only that, but we deliver that service at a fixed cost, enabling you to accurately budget for your HR requirements.
A Personal Service
At Neathouse Partners, we are a small collective of specialist employment lawyers and HR experts.
You’ll be given your own personal HR Consultant or Employment Lawyer, who will take their time to really get to know you, your business, and how you operate.
This enables us to support what’s right for your business, whenever you need it.
Employer-Focused Advice
Our service is entirely outcome-focused.
We don’t bill by the hour because we don’t think that provides you with the best service.
Instead, we commit to ensuring that your business is compliant, no matter how long that takes.
After all, you deserve an end-to-end service that helps you to operate at your best and comply with both UK law and HR best practices.
Document Drafting Service
All too often, we hear of businesses enlisting the help of a HR consultancy to create a policy, only to be sent a generic template document that the client has to edit themselves.
We draft, edit and prepare your documents on your behalf so that you can focus on your business knowing that you’re fully compliant.
Peace Of Mind
Employment law can be a complex field.
When you choose Neathouse Partners, you gain peace of mind that your business will be 100% compliant with all aspects of UK employment law.
We’ll draft your contracts, create your staff handbook and prepare any HR documentation that you require, leaving you to focus on what’s really important to your business.
Clear And Transparent Pricing
At Neathouse Partners, our clients have access to unlimited advice from a qualified employment lawyer, on a fixed cost basis.
There’s no usage limits and no hidden extras.
You can rest assured that all of your HR and employment law requirements are covered, with no surprises later down the line.
This enables you to budget effectively for your HR costs.
