This requirement to have a competent person extends to every workplace no matter how small or large your company is.

You will be appointed a named, dedicated Health & Safety Consultant to your business for one point of contact and continuity of advice. They are available to you for unlimited telephone and email support regarding any Health & Safety issues.

Neathouse Partners Limited can act as your organisation’s “Competent Person” as required by Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations.

Usually, consultants catch up with you regularly on a quarterly basis on the phone or via a Teams call. They are also available for a premises visit to ensure conformity with Health and Safety legislation and production of a management report, highlighting areas of concern.

In the unlikely event of an accident claim or prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive, our consultant is available for a free initial consultation with our recommended solicitor to assist.
