About Debbie

Debbie has more than 20 years’ experience in HR including in house in public, private, charity and other third sector organisations.

She has worked in a variety of industries including transport, education, healthcare, employment and local authority.

Debbie has spent the last nearly 7 years in a HR consultancy role supporting a wide range of employers of different shapes and sizes with all of their HR needs.

Debbie prides herself on her practical, human approach. This combined with her knowledge and experience enables her to provide her clients with an expert service.

Debbie gained her Masters in Personnel and Development from Plymouth University in 2014 and gained accreditation with the CIPD as a Chartered member in 2022.

Debbie lives in Exeter and spends most of her spare time cycling, doing military fitness classes, crocheting, watching Dr Who or Harry Potter and spending time with her two daughters and her chorkie dog, Holly. She also loves a bit of karaoke and is part of a rock and pop choir.
