Six Annual Counselling Sessions: Employees receive six personalised counselling sessions per year, including an initial clinical assessment. This ensures tailored mental health support.

Flexible Scheduling: Counselling is available seven days a week, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, accommodating various schedules and immediate needs.

Experienced and Accredited Counsellors: Accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring high-quality mental health support.

24/7 Booking and Crisis Helpline: Employees can schedule sessions anytime via a 24-hour booking line. This line also serves as a 'crisis counselling' helpline, staffed by qualified BACP accredited counsellors.

Legal and Financial Assistance: Assistance with legal or financial queries is available, with referrals to relevant partners depending on the issues faced.

Monthly Wellbeing Newsletter: Employees receive a monthly newsletter focusing on key mental health topics, such as suicide, anxiety, depression and the benefits of exercise for mental health.

Clinical Standards

All counsellors possess accreditation from either BACP or UKCP, meeting rigorous standards for experience, insurance, accreditation, supervision, and the suitability of counselling premises.
