Sarah is a qualified Employment Lawyer and a senior member of the Neathouse Partners team.

Having started her legal career in 2008, Sarah has had a variety of roles, including tutoring the latest batch of employment lawyers with CILEX and Heading up the Employment Law Department at Percy Hughes & Roberts Solicitors, where she was advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for both claimant and respondent.

Sarah has a natural ability as a mentor and leader, making sure her clients feel empowered and confident when dealing with their day-to-day employee issues.

Outside of work, Sarah is an active volunteer in a local Hockey Club, having held positions of 1st Team Captain, Mixed Team Captain, Social Secretary, Safeguarding Officer and Cook.
