Alex is an HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience in generalist HR and employment law. She has extensive experience working both in-house in HR Manager and Head of HR roles, as well as advising a diverse range of organisations on complex HR and ER matters in her role as an external consultant. A strong knowledge of Employment Law complements many years of experience in dealing hands on with day-to-day HR and Employment issues. During her career she has also contributed to business success through driving strategic HR and Compliance initiatives to support the overall business plan of organisations.

Her career has been largely based in the legal profession where she has headed up a range of projects including implementation of innovative reward and renumeration strategies and leading change management initiatives. More recently, as an external consultant, Alex has supported a range of small, medium and large organisations on day-to-day HR issues guiding employers through employee relations processes and leading employment investigations and advising employers on important decision making in disciplinary and grievance processes.

Outside of work Alex enjoys staying active by going to the gym regularly and riding her road bike. She combines riding her bike with her love for travel and can regularly be found on the challenging and beautiful roads of Majorca.
