About Expert

Ayesha is a UK-based HR professional specialising in employee relations, with experience advising organisations on a broad range of complex workplace matters. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and is CIPD Level 5 qualified through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She has developed her expertise through partnering with managers and senior stakeholders across the education and healthcare sectors, including schools and the NHS, on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and workplace conflict. Ayesha has handled sensitive and high-risk cases working closely with trade unions and ensuring outcomes are fair legally compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Ayesha adopts a consultancy-led approach, delivering clear, commercially focused guidance that supports effective decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through yoga, swimming, and tennis, and has a keen interest in travel and wellbeing.
