We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Chester Team, earning uncapped commission!

Are you an energetic and proactive sales professional with skills for building close relationships with prospective clients and confident in providing solutions for these clients?

What you’ll be doing

Working directly with our Commercial Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities in the corporate market space.

The role will include a mix of internal cross-selling, inbound, and outbound sales.

You’ll be confident in handling objections and seek to understand prospects’ needs to be able to qualify opportunities.

You will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with prospective clients and be confident in providing solutions to enhance revenue and profitability.

What we are looking for

  • You will need to have experience in selling HR, Employment Law or Health and Safety Services
  • You will be driven by your ambition and have a passion for client satisfaction
  • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality
  • You will be able to show initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • An excellent approach to staying organised and prioritising your workload
  • IT literacy covering Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
