About Expert
Ffion is an Employment Law Paralegal who supports all stages of employment cases, assisting the team with detailed research, preparing written work, coordinating day to day case progression and engaging with clients throughout the process. She holds an LLB from Durham University, where she developed a strong academic foundation in commercial areas of law, including Employment Law, Commercial Law, and Company Law. Her practical experience includes a paralegal internship in an employment law setting, as well as additional internships and legal programmes that provided exposure to commercial and litigation work, strengthening her research, drafting and professional communication.
She aims to qualify as a solicitor, with a particular interest in commercial and employment law.
Alongside her legal development, Ffion is committed to using her knowledge to support causes she cares about. During university, she held a leadership role in a student led human rights initiative, where she helped raise awareness of global human rights and gender-based issues and coordinated outreach efforts.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading a good book, and staying active through the gym and Pilates classes.
