About Allen

Allen is an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental practitioner with 20+ years’ operational experience covering Construction, Manufacturing and Office environments. For most of his working career Allen served in the British Army with his local infantry regiment finishing as a Warrant Officer. This has furnished him with 24 years of progressive experience with corresponding responsibility in a high pressured and demanding environment up to the level of a senior manager.

On leaving he was employed with a predominantly construction orientated Health and Safety consultancy fulfilling this role for 7 years covering highways, utilities, housebuilding, civil engineering and water treatment works.

For the next 3 years he moved towards a training provider teaching the full spectrum of NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, CIEH and Bespoke courses with occasional bouts of consultancy work. Since then, he has returned to Consultancy work covering several industries such as Care, Construction, Education, Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical, Retail and Veterinary.
