About Expert

Jemma is an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in healthcare and compliance. She spent more than eight years supporting vulnerable adults across respite, domiciliary, residential and hospital settings, progressing into senior management with responsibility for care systems, employee training and regulatory compliance. After completing the NEBOSH National General Certificate, Jemma moved into Health & Safety consultancy, broadening her cross-sector experience before joining Neathouse Partners

He is also a keen indoor rower and has practised Judo for many years, holding a first dan black belt and previously having won the gold medal at the British Universities Judo Championships.
