About Expert

Myles is an experienced people professional with a strong aptitude for difficult employee relations cases.

Myles started his career in management, opening and running cinemas for a large UK based cinema chain before taking a step up and joining their internal legal team.

Following this Myles took the role of commercial contracts manager for a national real estate company before taking on People manager and People Director roles for small hospitality businesses based in the north of England.

Myles also comes with a vast amount of experience in HR and Employment Law consultancy, having previously worked with national and international businesses supporting their HR and People directors with their HR and employment law queries.

Myles will always give best practice advice but prefers to tailor his advice with the commercial needs of the business as well.

Outside of work, Myles enjoys going to the gym, playing football, and exploring new places. His love of adventure and exploring new places means he’s always on the go.
