Sarah is an experienced Business Development professional with over 20 years of experience leading marketing, operations and commercial growth across sectors including care, automotive, finance and leisure.

At Neathouse Partners, Sarah works with business owners and leadership teams across the UK to deliver tailored HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety solutions. Her consultative approach is built on a strong understanding of business operations and the value of outsourcing to achieve clarity, compliance and confidence while supporting growth.

Before joining Neathouse Partners, Sarah held senior leadership roles where she managed suppliers, implemented outsourcing strategies and evaluated return on investment across multiple business functions.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two sons, socialising with friends and gardening.
