About Andrea

Andrea is an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with a unique background in both HR and law, offering a well-rounded and practical approach to her work at Neathouse Partners.

She began her career in Human Resources, gaining valuable insights before transitioning into law. During her time at the AA, Andrea played a key role in a large-scale reorganisation, managing a 3070% workforce reduction and providing hands-on support throughout the redundancy process. Her outstanding work earned her employer's sponsorship for legal training, and since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, Andrea has specialised in both contentious and non-contentious employment law supporting both claimants and respondents.

Andrea’s extensive litigation experience enables her to guide clients towards commercial solutions, making her a natural fit for Neathouse Partners’ tailored approach to advice. Her dual expertise in HR and employment law ensures her clients receive practical, solution-focused guidance.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys travelling;  doing DIY on her house; spending quality time with her family; and supporting various charities.  She is also a member of Rock Choir.
