About Neathouse Partners

We can provide your business with comprehensive employment tribunal indemnity, giving you the added peace of mind that all of your legal fees are covered should you receive an employment tribunal claim.

Not only will this cover you for legal expenses, but also any agreed settlement and any awards that you need to honour after the tribunal. It’s vital to have this type of insurance in place, as legal expenses and claim settlements can prove financially challenging for any business.
We will also handle all of the other matters relating to an employment tribunal. This includes preparing trial bundles and witness statements, liaising on behalf of the Trust Board and/or Governing body, as well as drafting a defence on your behalf.

We offer employment tribunal insurance as a fixed monthly fee or we can represent you on an ad-hoc basis, depending on your needs.
