When Tom took over the running of the hotel, there was very little documentation in place for staff which could confuse the employee’s rights, the processes and the policies that must be followed.

How we helped
We took Tom’s instructions and drafted a comprehensive employment contract for him to distribute to employees, setting out clearly what the employee and employer can expect from employment.
There were also no clear or formal processes in place from the previous employer. We have produced a comprehensive staff handbook that is easy to navigate to address this issue to ensure that all employees have a clear understanding of the processes in place and policies that should be followed.
