Wysi is a leading web development agency specialising in technical and complex web development solutions to SMEs and larger companies. They approached Neathouse as they were looking for ‘something a bit different’ to the rather passive service their previous HR company had been providing.

Robert Wakefield, the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wysi, approached us in February 2019 while looking for an HR company ‘less passive’ than his previous provider.

The First Moves with Wysi

Taking over from a previous provider is very much a housekeeping exercise. Although the business was in an excellent state of play, we needed to make sure the company had robust Contracts of Employment, and a staff Handbook fit for purpose.

Furthermore, the nature of the business dictates that the company employ several freelancers. Thus, the company needed to receive self-employment agreements tailored to the nature of the role.

New employment contracts were prepared, as well as self-employment agreements for the freelancers
