The Situation

Neathouse Partners

Afnor UK were looking to embark on a restructure of the business and contacted Neathouse Partners looking for assistance with how to approach this.

It can be challenging to assess how to undertake a restructure, and whether redundancies can be avoided, and if not, how a consultation process can be structured to meet business aims.

What We Did

Neathouse Partners

We provided commercial and pragmatic advice on the restructure which gave clear options for avoiding the need for a full redundancy consultation which would have resulted in a likely long and drawn-out process which would have likely detrimentally impacted the business.

The Result

Neathouse Partners

Afnor UK are now able to operate under the new structure, which has led to increased efficiency and more effective operations.
