In our early years as employment law specialists, James Rowland and Bobby Ahmed (pictured on the left) observed a glaring problem in traditional HR consultancies that focused on procedure rather than adapting to clients' unique needs. Recognising the great diversity among businesses, we seized the opportunity to fill this gap by creating a more personalised approach to HR and Employment Law services.
